Crafted in vermeil silver and crimson resin, this tribute to speed is inspired in every detail by the Flash's costume and superpowers; even the shape, with its aerodynamic cap and one-piece barrel, echoes the concept of speed.
The entire design is inspired by speed: the metal surfaces are mirror-polished and hand-crafted with precision milling. On the vermeil (gold-plated sterling silver) handle, a series of distorted waves with a Doppler effect transform time into a tactile presence.
The crimson red resin is densely decorated with a Turing pattern engraving that mimics The Flash's fireproof costume. The laser engravings, made deep along the entire body of the pen, are hand-finished with gold enamel applied in fine lines and mimic the costume's piping, which lights up whenever The Flash summons his superpowers.
At the top of the cap, an embossed miniature replicates the iconic Barry Allen ring, the superhero's essential accessory that protects his high-tech suit.
The gold-plated clip is engraved with milling that echoes the decorative motif of Flash's boots; a motif also echoed in the central ring where the Montegrappa logo is also engraved.
