Return policy

According to the Italian regulamentations for the protection of the consumer (D.L. 22 maggio 1999, n.185), if the product is different from your expectation, you can withdraw and return it to us, getting back its full price payed.
This advantage is reserved to private customers, and not to companies or professional users.

Essential requirement is that the product MUST NOT BE USED.
This means that pens must not be inked, neither dropped in ink; that watches must not be worn, and leather goods must not be handled and touched. The micro-scratches that are unavoidably caused by use - even if careful - of these delicate products, would prevent us from selling it again and, therefore, we couldn't accept your return.

How to return products

Please inform us of your intention, by email (giardino@giardino.it) or fax (+39 02 52209904) within 10 working days from the date of arrival; and wait for our authorization.

You can ship the product back - after our confirmation - by registered mail or courier, at your own cost, within 10 working days from the date of arrival, on condition that the product was unused, in its original box, with all its papers and accessories, and the return was authorised by email, to the following address:

Shipping must be insured for damage and theft, at your charge, for the amount of your invoice. Otherwise, we reserve the right to debit you any damage happened.

The purchase price will be fully recredited (either by credit card or bank transfer) as soon as Giardino Italiano receives the returned product, or in any case within 30 days maximum (law terms).
Banks or Credit card Companies may delay your recrediting, for reasons that are independent from our will.
We'll not recredit customs taxes you may have payed at arrival.

This guarantee does not include special goods, made-to-measure or personalized products.

Consumables (refills, cartridges, etc.) are not covered by warranty.
