Founded in 421 A.D., Venice certainly is a natural masterpiece, consolidated along hundreds of years as protection against barbaric invasions.
When Venice was a Sea Republic, represented the main connection between East and West; in XVIII century it became one of the finest cities in Europe and one of the most influential on the art, the architecture and the literature of the time.

The Venetia fountain pen is a masterpiece of symbols and icons. It will make you live an emotion: you will feel Venice and its world right there, in your hands - the canals, the gondolas, the bridges, the characterizing windows.

Venetia vermeil fountain pen

Cap and body in deep blue acryloide with bronze curled veins. The filigree outside the barrel is in vermeil (gold plated sterling silver) carefully decored with designs of Ventian architecture.

Black resin cap and body, with sterling silver filigree, decored with the same design as the vermeil version.

The metal barrel-shell is decorated with typical Vential architecture elements: archs and facade windows, bridges between canals.

The clip represents the Venetian gondolas: the satin shape is a boat, sailing towards the canal, and the polished area is the traditional shape of the "ferro di prua", the ornamental counterweight on the front. The blue crystals represents water.

Both fountain pens come with a crystal inkpot with decored cover, included in the package.

The vermeil pen is packed in a luxury Nautilus wood case, double size, with 3 sections, drawers and compartments, and sliding shutters.	The silver pen is packed in a polished wood box, with special place for the inkpot.
