When Venice was a Sea Republic, represented the main connection between East and West; in XVIII century it became one of the finest cities in Europe and one of the most influential on the art, the architecture and the literature of the time.

Venetia vermeil fountain pen
Cap and body in deep blue acryloide with bronze curled veins. The filigree outside the barrel is in vermeil (gold plated sterling silver) carefully decored with designs of Ventian architecture.

The metal barrel-shell is decorated with typical Vential architecture elements: archs and facade windows, bridges between canals.

The clip represents the Venetian gondolas: the satin shape is a boat, sailing towards the canal, and the polished area is the traditional shape of the "ferro di prua", the ornamental counterweight on the front.

Both fountain pens come with a crystal inkpot with decored cover, included in the package.
