After the Masai, this was the second collection of the "Indigenous people" series, inspired by habits and traditions of indigenous cultures.
Among early inhabitants of America we can remind the Blackfeet (hunters), the Mandan and the Hidatsa (farmers); later, when European colonized the east forests, several people moved from Midwest to Great Plains; Sioux, Cheyenne, Arapaho, Shoshoni and Comanche.
The Native Americans pens remind in their colors the rivers, woods and fields of the northamerican landscapes.

The pen

Made by a solid bar of special resin, mixing the deep red, blue, green and brown.

The Special Limited Edition (1KS) - only 1492 pieces worldwide (signifying the year of Columbus arrival in the Americas) - has lateral lever filling system and vermeil trims.
Cap and grip are in terracotta resin.

The Limited Edition (1K) has silver trims and cartridge/converter filling system: 1492 pieces for the fountain pen and for the convertible roller as well.
Cap and grip are in deep blue resin.

18 Kt gold nib, flexible and personalized, is available as EF, F, M, B. On request, also EEF, BB, OM, OB, OBB and STUB.
It's personalized with the etched image of a "dreamcatcher", mystical object made with leather, pearls and eagle feathers by woodland Indians that used to hung it in the lodge near the window.
According to the legend, bad dreams were caught in the webbing where they were held until the morning light burned them off. Good dreams were also caught in the dreamcatcher's web, then filtered down into the feathers where they were held to be revisited by the dreamer night after night.

The clip has the shape of an eagle feather, like the Indian hat ornaments, and is made in sterling silver platinum plated or in vermeil .

The Celebration version (only 92 pieces) has the central band in 18 kt solid gold with 6 diamonds all around and the lateral lever filling system.
