Charles Darwin
Delta celebrates the 200 years from Charles Darwin's birth (1809-1882).
He was an English naturalist who conceived and presented compelling evidence that all species of life have evolved over time from common ancestors, through the process he called natural selection.
Evolution is a collection of writing instruments limited to 809 pieces in various versions, for honoring the personage and his Evolutionary Theory, which offered so much to society and science.
The Evolution pen
The marmorized blue fountain pen is cartidge/converter filled, with vermeil or silver trims.

The black resin fountain pen (1KS) is button filled, with silver trims only.


The central band, engraved with tri-dimensional effect, is in either vermeil or aged silver finish (depending on version). The drawing featured the famous Darwin sketch: "Darwin's finches".
The collection includes also a capped roller, and a capless ballpen, in both colours.


The Celebration version, in marmorized grey resin (volcano-stone effect) is made in 200 pieces only, with vermeil trims and 20 diamonds in the central ring.

The engraved design on the nib recalls Darwin's studies.
