Caserta Royal Palace
In 1750, Carlo Borbone, King of Naples and Sicily, began to build a royal palace that could compete with Versailles Palace. He entrusted architect Vanvitelli with the project of Palace, surroundings, even the city around, and the Great Avenue to connect Caserta and Napoli.

Cap and body realized in special variegated celluloid, copper brown colour, hand turned from solid bars, with burnished sterling silver details.

The collection includes 750 fountain pens with lateral lever filling system (1KS) and 750 rollerballs (convertible toballpoint), each one numbered on their celluloid barrel. A Celebration version, made in only 75 pieces worldwide, is realized with 18 Kt solid gold details.
 Pens are enriched by several precious handcrafted details:
at the cap top, the effigy of King and Queen, Carlo Borbone III and Amalia.
The central ring carefully reproduces the facade of the wonderful Royal Palace of Caserta, made in burnished silver, as well as the cap band, that points out the name of the collection.
All fountain pens come with a desk penholder, made in special resin, enriched by a burnished (or golden) metal plate that depicts the Palace in low-relief.
