HOW TO BECOME A GOLD CUSTOMER

Becoming a GOLD Customer is easy:

just buy Giardino Italiano's products for an amount of minimum 800 Euro* in 1 year;
or
buy the Giardino Italiano's products at least 3 times in 1 year for a total amount of minimum 700 Euro*.

GOLD CUSTOMERS' ADVANTAGES

Our GOLD customers have the following advanteges:

they buy the products at the GOLD PRICE (that is the normal price, minus the Fidelity Discount - where it's applyable - already deducted) - even if the GOLD PRICE are not showed yet in all our pages;
they'll enjoy some reserved offers, that will be proposed from time to time in our website.

To be recognized as a GOLD customer, you must type your Personal Gold Code in the specific area in the Giardino Italiano's order form (at the first step). You'll have beenassigned your Personal Gold Code at the attainment of the Gold category.
The ordering system will automatically calculate your GOLD price instead of the normal one.

The Special Offers haven't any lower Gold price, unless it's specifically advertised.

HOW TO BE RE-CONFIRMED IN THE GOLD CATEGORY AT EXPIRY

The GOLD purchase special conditions are 1 year valid. To be re-confirmed is easier:

just buy Giardino Italiano's products for an amount of minimum 720 Euro*, during the validity period (1 year);
or
buy Giardino Italiano's products at least 3 times in the validity period (1 year) for a total amount of minimum 630 Euro*.

At the moment of the re-confirmation, we'll send you a new Personal Code you can use for your orders.

HOW TO CALCULATE THE ADMISSION CONDITIONS - GENERAL RULES

For the admission in the Gold category (as well as for the re-confirming) we consider the date of our invoice, if not differently noticed.

The products you buy and return will not be added to your calculation for the GOLD Category.

The customers' accounts are updated the first week of the month, considering the previous month. At that moment the GOLD category is assigned or re-confirmed to each Gold customer.

* The products' amount means the price without discount already deducted, and without shipping charge.
